With awards season nearing a close, the 93rd Academy Awards gave us stunning fashion moments and historical wins. Chloe Zhao was the first woman of colour to win the Oscar for best director for Nomadland. Daniel Kaluuya won best supporting actor for Judas and the Black Messiah and H.E.R won best original song. As expected, best original screenplay was won by Promising Young Woman, which was a favourite for the award.
